Horizon Surveying LLC was founded in 2014 by Rodney K. Seymore, PLS. Rodney is a graduate of East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Land Surveying and Mapping Science. Rodney is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the State of South Carolina with over 15 years of experience in the field of land surveying and is fortunate to have been involved in a wide range of surveying projects throughout the Southeast. He is a member of the National Society of Professional Surveyors, the South Carolina Society of Professional Land Surveyors, and is active in the local Foothills Chapter of the SCSPLS.
